Hotel Lo Scirocco - Island of Elba
The hotel was built at the start of the 1950s when the first holiday makers started coming to Elba, but at the time it was called ”Villa Serena”.
Over the years it was bought over by a family from Venice who changed the name into HOTEL LO SCIROCCO; it was more like a small “Luxury” hotel with very high standards for the time and was hence run accordingly, up till the end of the 1970s.
In the early 1980s, following several “adventures”, the Lupi and Spinetti families took over the hotel and made it into how we know it today: a modern and very comfortable hotel that at the same time places great importance on its past.
The owners themselves run the HOTEL LO SCIROCCO on the Island of Elba, and guests can choose from 40 rooms, all with air conditioning, balcony or terrace, WiFi, safe and TV.
There are several different types of rooms so we are certain we can satisfy whatever needs guests may have.
Filippo, our Chef, is the feather in our cap, and he knows very well how to prepare typical, local dishes from both Tuscany and Elba.
If guests wish to relax with family and friends while they sip one of the many delicious cocktails made up and served by our Bartender, they have what is called the “Garden Bar” at their complete disposal.
Our buffet breakfast is served in the garden, and guests can savour it as they look out to the sea.
